Privacy policy

The website has no forms for sending messages and does not collect your personal data directly. We do not use user accounts, notification subscriptions, or advertising tools. We measure visit statistics only with your consent (see the “Google Analytics” section).

You can contact us by phone, through WhatsApp and Viber, and by email. Any data you send us yourself (for example your name, phone number and the content of your message) is used only to answer your enquiry and is not passed on to third parties. We keep it only as long as needed to respond, unless the law requires otherwise.

Messages sent through WhatsApp and Viber are also processed by those apps under their own privacy policies.

The location map loads only after you give consent (“Accept” or “Show map”). Your browser then connects to Google LLC, which receives your IP address and technical data about your browser and device, and may set its own cookies. Google processes this data under its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Until you consent, no connection to Google is made.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for visit statistics: number of visitors, pages viewed, device type, approximate location at city level, source of the visit and clicks on contact options (call, WhatsApp, Viber, email, directions). Until you consent, Analytics is not loaded and nothing is measured.

Google Analytics 4 does not store visitors’ IP addresses. Visit data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site (choose “Decline”); measurement then stops and Analytics cookies are deleted. How Google processes data: policies.google.com/privacy.

The website is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel records technical logs — IP address, time of access, pages requested and browser data — for security and for the site to work properly. Data may be processed outside Serbia, under Vercel’s privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Without your consent the website does not set cookies. In your browser’s local storage we keep only two items: your cookie choice and the language you selected. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

If you accept cookies, Google sets cookies for showing the map and for Google Analytics (they are used, among other things, to recognise repeat visits).

You can withdraw your consent at any time: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site and choose “Decline”. The map is then hidden, visit measurement stops and Analytics cookies are deleted. Cookies Google has already set for the map can be deleted in your browser settings.

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 87/2018) you have the right to request access to your data, its correction and deletion, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. You can send a request to the controller’s email address shown above.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection: www.poverenik.rs.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
